Intended Audience:
This workshop is designed for practicing Agilists with a foundational understanding of Agile software development principles who are keen to explore the integration of Artificial Intelligence, specifically Large Language Models (LLMs), into their work practices.
Outcomes:
Participants will leave the workshop with:
* A clear understanding of AI and LLMs, including their relevance and potential in Agile environments.
* Knowledge of various LLM applications that can be leveraged for Agile practices.
* Hands-on experience with ChatGPT in crafting compelling Agile artifacts such as product goals, sprint goals, user stories, and test cases.
* Strategies for using ChatGPT to gain insights from Agile ceremonies (retrospectives, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and daily scrums).
