Agile Denver reserves the right to refuse admittance to or to remove any person from the community at any time at its sole discretion. Participants who violate this Code of Conduct may also be expelled from the duration of any Agile Denver sponsored event without a refund at the discretion of the event organizers. 

We encourage all participants to help us create a welcoming and safe environment. Please contact any member of the event staff during an event or the Agile Denver Board of Directors (board@agiledenver.org) to report any concerns, harassing behavior, or suspicious or disruptive activity.
